MACHINE LEARNING BOOTCAMP

TRAC Society organized a highly immersive and knowledge-packed bootcamp focused on Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the first week of June 2023.

Throughout the bootcamp, participants engaged with a comprehensive curriculum comprised of four modules, each delving into crucial aspects of ML and AI. In the first module, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of machine learning, exploring key concepts.

Module two expanded upon this foundation by diving into various algorithms used in ML, with a particular focus on linear regression and support vector machines (SVM).

The third module revolved around neural networks (NN) and explored the fascinating realms of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV). Participants learned how to leverage NN techniques to analyze and process language and visual data.

The final module focused on career prospects and study options in the industry, offering valuable information on internship and job opportunities. Additionally, participants received insights into optimizing their presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, bolstering their chances of securing rewarding positions in the ML and AI domains.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the guest speakers, Muhammad Bilal, working as Data Engineer at Techlogix and Muhammad Bilal, ML head at TRAC 2022-23, for their invaluable contributions to the bootcamp.
